Agent Product Manager

Cinder is hiring an Agent Product Manager to help design, deploy, and scale AI-powered systems for enterprise customers. The role involves working directly with customers to understand their workflows, risks, and goals, and using Cinder's platform to build and iterate on AI-driven solutions.

Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant experience in product management, consulting, engineering, operations, or a similar problem-solving role
• Strong technical intuition, especially around AI- or ML-powered systems
• Comfortable working directly with customers, including in ambiguous or high-stakes situations
