Job Description
Cintas is seeking an Accounts Receivable Representative to manage and recover outstanding invoices. Responsibilities include tracking accounts, coordinating payments, handling inquiries, and updating account statuses. The role requires strong customer service skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED
- 2+ years' collections experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Internal and external customer service skills
- Experience with SAP and AS400 (preferred)
