Human Resources Manager II  - Bilingual in Spanish

Cintas is seeking a Human Resources Manager II to oversee all general areas of human resources. The role includes managing turnover, recruiting, payroll and benefits administration, driving positive employee relations, and ensuring compliance with various employment laws.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred
• 2+ years' Human Resources experience
• Valid driver's license
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and intranet/internet
• Experience with safety programs, compensation, benefits, recruiting, hiring and training
