Job Description
Cintas is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead a production team on a fast-paced 2nd shift. This management position involves hiring, training, directing entry level production personnel, ensuring quality and safety, and complying with OSHA regulations. The role is hands-on, with daily production flow and bottom-line results being key considerations.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to handle physical demands of the position (bending, stretching, twisting, lifting)
- Availability to start within two weeks
- Ability to set and prioritize goals
- Legal knowledge
- Experience preferred
