Job Description
This role is focused on providing IT support and project management under the supervision of a Project Manager. The IT Project Leader will ensure excellent customer service, manage customer relationships, and support various IT infrastructure projects.
Requirements
- Experience with design and implementation of: Virtual Machine (vSphere, Hyper-V), Windows Virtual Desktop, Windows Server (Active Directory, File Server Exchange, MS 365), Unix Server (Redhat, SMTP Server), Cloud Solutions (AWS), Authentication Infrastructure (SSO, ADFS)
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with Active Directory, GPO, Authentication, Access Privilege, Mail Protocol (SMTP, MAPI over HTTP)
- Strong background in information security
