Superintendent_Renewables (Winsor Project, Va)

Cinterra is seeking a Superintendent to work on a utility scale solar project in Virginia. The Superintendent will provide site leadership, manage day-to-day operations, and ensure a safe, quality, and timely product is delivered.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED required
• Three or more years of construction management in electrical, utility scale solar experience
• NFPA 70E Certification (preferred)
• Familiar with OSHA regulations (required), OSHA training and certifications (preferred)
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to work long and/or extended hours, including weekends and frequent travel
• Familiarity with local codes, AHJ standards, and NEC code
• Ability to read and interpret contracts, plans, and specifications
• Effective time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
