Circle the City is a Federally Qualified Health Center and 501(c)(3) nonprofit that delivers comprehensive medical care to individuals experiencing homelessness in Maricopa County. Its services include medical respite care, primary and preventive healthcare for men, women and children, behavioral health, and case management, all tailored to the unique needs of a homeless population. The organization is nationally recognized for its innovative continuum of care, which integrates outpatient treatment, recuperative respite, and mobile medical units to ensure seamless access to care. Each year, Circle the City serves approximately 8,000 people, demonstrating its commitment to improving health outcomes and fostering community resilience.
