Circuit of The Americas is seeking a Manager, Entertainment Operations to support the launch, daily execution, and long-term sustainability of the Entertainment department at COTALAND Theme Park.
Requirements
- Support the development, launch, and ongoing operation of entertainment offerings
- Plan and operational execution for entertainment-led events
- Oversee day-to-day Entertainment department operations
- Manage administrative functions for the department
- Create and maintain schedules and deployment plans
- Oversee casting logistics and onboarding of Entertainment staff
- Lead onboarding and training coordination for Entertainment staff
- Track labor needs and staffing plans
- Provide payroll oversight for the Entertainment department
- Partner with the Vice President of Entertainment on staffing strategy
- Maintain entertainment operational standards
- Provide leadership presence in the park
- Coordinate closely with park departments
- Support vendor and contractor coordination
- Assist with budget awareness and resource planning
- Support marketing and communications partners
