AVP - Business Intelligence

The AVP - Business Intelligence role involves applying in-depth disciplinary knowledge to develop new techniques and improve processes. The role requires good analytical skills, excellent communication and diplomacy skills, and leadership abilities. The ideal candidate should have 8-10 years of experience in Business Intelligence/reporting within the Banking space and be comfortable working with Tech and data Engineering teams.

Requirements

• 8-10 years of experience in Business Intelligence/reporting within the Banking space
• Experience in stakeholder management across various functions and regions
• Ability to coach and mentor juniors
• Experience in managing project in terms of creating project plan, assigning responsibilities
• Experience in leading a team of at least 2-3 people
