Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role, supervising and managing maintenance programs with a good understanding of building systems.
- Proficiency in budget management and comprehension of financial reports
- Proven track record in exceptional customer service and have excellent communication and people management skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organisational and administrative skills
- Current Working with Children Check or willing to obtain
- Be prepared to undergo a Police Check
