Manager – Trade Field Services - In-House Delivery

City FM Australia is introducing a new leadership role within their FM Operations team. The role involves leading a multi-disciplined trade services team, delivering maintenance and project services across multiple partner portfolios. The successful candidate will have experience in building and leading a team of direct-employed trade-based technicians.

Requirements

• Cert III/IV trade qualification (Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Carpentry) or building licence
• Experience in leading a national and/or state-based service teams or trade businesses
• Understanding of facilities management and contractor coordination
• Passionate about building internal capability and culture
• Solid business acumen and understanding of profit and loss principles in similar trade-based businesses
