Job Description
The Loan Services Specialist coordinates various functions within the Loan Services Department, including loan servicing, processing loan payoffs, and resolving loan-related issues. The incumbent provides client service, conducts research, and ensures timely resolution of client inquiries and complaints.
Requirements
- 5-7 years experience in loan servicing or a related financial services role
- Strong knowledge of loan documentation and loan terms for all types of loans
- Strong knowledge of loan servicing and booking covering all types of loans
- Extensive PC skills (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, Internet) and use of office machines (calculator, facsimile)
- Dynamic, self-motivated, with excellent verbal and written communications skills, ability to interact with all levels of the organization, and lead
