We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Transformation Project Manager to lead our organization's transition from a paper-based to a digital records-keeping system.
Requirements
- Lead the digital transformation project from initial planning to final implementation, ensuring all project goals and deadlines are met.
- Conduct a thorough analysis of our current paper-based systems and workflows to identify key challenges and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with department heads and key stakeholders to understand their specific needs and develop a comprehensive plan for digitizing their records.
- Evaluate and recommend software and hardware solutions for digital records management, ensuring they meet our security, compliance, and scalability requirements.
- Manage the vendor selection process, including creating RFPs, evaluating proposals, and negotiating contracts.
- Develop and implement a change management strategy to ensure a smooth transition for all employees.
- Oversee the data migration process, ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and security of all digitized records.
- Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and report on key metrics to leadership.
- Establish best practices for digital records management, including retention schedules, access controls, and security protocols.
