Director of Rehabilitation (NCS) - Department of Housing and Community Development

The Director of Rehabilitation (NCS) will provide transformational leadership to the Office of Rehabilitation Services, overseeing the direction, coordination, and evaluation of all key functions, including outreach, intake, administration, and field operations. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, or public administration, and at least 5 years of experience in real estate, mortgage financing, and underwriting, including 2 years of supervisory responsibilities.

Requirements

• Directs, coordinates, and evaluates all key functions and services of the office of rehabilitation services
• Supervises administrative and field staff
• Develops and implements policies, procedures, and objectives
• Provides top-notch customer service to all stakeholders
• Prepares, implements, and monitors program budget
• Submits applications for federal and state grants
• Acts as a liaison with local, state, and federal organizations and officials
• Provides technical assistance to staff and contractors
• Conducts on-site inspections of ors projects
