Job Description
The City of Baltimore is seeking a Permits and Records Technician I to process and issue various permits to city residents and business owners. The position involves no supervisory duties and requires minimal physical exertion.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED certification from an accredited institution
- Two years of experience in office work, including one year of experience processing permits
- Knowledge of basic English grammar, spelling and punctuation
- Knowledge of office management practices and procedures
- Knowledge of permit structures and requirements
