Senior HR Policy Analyst: The City of Baltimore is seeking a Senior Policy Analyst - Operations Officer III to perform professional work in planning, coordinating or directing an administrative, programmatic or technical operation for an agency. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree and five years of experience in administrative or professional work.
