Job Description
The Recreation Program Lead position is crucial for the City of Greeley’s Recreation Division, overseeing and managing recreation services, programs, and events for Adults. This role requires sound judgment, leadership, and effective collaboration with staff and volunteers, with the ability to handle after-hours programs or events. The Lead will be responsible for upholding facility/program rules and providing excellent customer support.
Requirements
- Three (3)+ years of officiating experience.
- Three (3)+ years of customer service experience.
- CPR, First Aid, and AED certification within 30 days of hire.
- Knowledge of the business and organizational structure of Colorado municipalities.
- Knowledge of how the game is played.
- Collaboration skills with others.
- Computer skills (Microsoft Office).
- Organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
