We are looking for a Care Partner to join our team at Vitalia Highland Heights. As a Care Partner, you will be responsible for creating human connection with residents during their most vulnerable moments, assisting with activities of daily living, and promoting a positive and inclusive environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Positive and energetic attitude
• Computer skills
• Ability to lift and move items up to 50 pounds
• Criminally cleared
