Economic Development Coordinator

The City of Largo invites you to join a team of creative and talented professionals committed to making Largo the Community of Choice in Tampa Bay! We are looking for a motivated team player to complete economic development research and related activities, including implementing and monitoring programs which encourage economic development in the city.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (Master’s Degree preferred) in Business/Public Administration, Political Science, Economics, Finance, Urban Planning, Real Estate, or a closely related field from an accredited institution
• Three (3) years directly related experience in economic development or closely related field, or an equivalent combination of education and training
• Certification as a Certified Economic Developer (CEcD), American Institute of Certified Planner (AICP), or a valid Florida Real Estate License is preferred
