Lifeguard/Instructor – Seasonal, Part-time

The Lifeguard/Instructor maintains the safety of pool patrons, providing necessary supervision and protection for swimmers, in accordance with recognized Lifeguard procedures. The Lifeguard/Instructor will instruct swimmers in the swim for life program, teach swim skills, strokes and water safety, and provide a safe and learning-friendly environment for swimmers.

Requirements

• National Lifeguard Award (NL)
• Swim for Life Instructor
• Standard First Aid/CPR C
• Ability to maintain physical standards required of the National Lifeguard Certification
• Flexibility to work daytime, evening and weekend shifts
