The incumbent will assist the supervisor or designated person to perform and support intermediate-level administrative tasks assigned to them, and to provide friendly, useful, and courteous service to the client or public while providing the appropriate information.

Requirements

• Secondary school diploma
• Relevant experience of at least four months, but less than eight months
• Generally recognized human resources policies and procedures
• Effective communication, both orally and in writing, including in the context of meetings and presentations
• Intermediate-level computer skills
• Tact, patience, and attention to detail
• Will to enter data during long periods
• Ability to interact with different types of people
• Sense of organization and attention to detail
