Job Description
The Director General of Leisure, Culture and Facilities is responsible for ensuring that the City is healthy, inclusive and dynamic, ensuring that communities, residents and visitors have access to recreational and cultural places, programs, events and services that allow them to enjoy all the benefits that the City has to offer, and overseeing building management and facilities to improve service delivery integration, ensuring that clients have the best possible experience in City facilities.
Requirements
- Grade 10
- Work experience with the public and customer service experience
- General First Aid Certification, CPR, or DEA
- LAPHO/Customer Service training
- City software knowledge
