Summer Student - Infrastructure Approvals Assistant

The City of Ottawa is seeking a Summer Student - Infrastructure Approvals Assistant to assist with the technical review of infrastructure related to development work submitted by consultants, developers and the general public.

Requirements

• Post-secondary Student - completion of second year college or university in Civil Engineering, Construction Technology, or similar engineering program
• Minimum of 4 months but less than 8 months of related experience in engineering design review or approvals, roads, watermains, sewers, lot grading, storm water management
• Valid Ontario unrestricted G class driver’s license (or provincial equivalent) with no more than 6 demerit points accumulated
