This position is responsible for supervising the day-to-day operations of the city's accounting systems and fiscal records, including accounts payable, payroll, and financial reporting, as directed by the Finance Director.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Four (4) years or more years of progressively responsible related municipal experience;
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Knowledge of Governmental Accounting practices.
- Considerable knowledge of modern governmental accounting theory, principles, and practices;
