Works as part of a clinical team to support the treatment goals for youth (ages 4 to 19) and their families who are engaged in intensive, trauma-informed home/community-based services.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a human services field
- Skilled in operating various medical record software and hardware, word-processing, and database software programs
- Spanish Speaking
- Flexible schedule with minimally two evenings a week
- Excellent multitasking and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and part of a team
- Current driver’s license, reliable transportation, registration and auto insurance
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Travel to and from clients’ residence, community locations and office site
- Ability to lift up to 20lbs
