FSRI is seeking a full-time provider of home visiting services to vulnerable families, helping them strengthen relationships and improve family functioning according to the Healthy Families America (HFA) model. This role involves collaborating with families, providing community outreach, and upholding fidelity to established guidelines. The position offers a chance to make a positive impact within the community.

Requirements

• Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Child Development, Education or related field.
• 3+ years experience with services to children and families or in a related setting.
• Experience with culturally diverse communities/families.
• Ability to work as needed, including weekends and evenings.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Current driver's license, registration and auto insurance.
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills required.
