Job Description
The City of Wetaskiwin is seeking a Lifeguard 3 to join their aquatics department. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality lifeguarding, lesson instruction, and advanced course delivery to patrons at the Manluk Centre. They will also record water chemistry readings, complete provincial water samples, and oversee the use of aquatic equipment.
Requirements
- Minimum 18 years old
- Minimum 3 years lifeguarding experience
- Possession of current certifications such as NL, SFA/AEC, Swim Instructor, Lifesaving Instructor, Standard First Aid Instructor, NLI, and additional instructor certifications
- Ability to renew qualifications annually or as required
- Provide a clear criminal and vulnerable sector record check
