Job Description
City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking a tenacious closer to join their Sales Team. The role involves prospecting for business, selling solutions to clients, managing projects, and building client relationships in the commercial building maintenance industry. This is a base salary + commissions position with the potential for a 20K+ OTE in the first year.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in external B2B sales.
- Proven history of success in external B2B sales.
- Experience in project or construction management is a plus.
- Exceptional skills in relationship building and influencing others.
- Experience with short sales cycles and strong closing abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM software.
- Previous sales training is advantageous.
- Charismatic and engaging personality.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Outlook.
- Fluency in the MS Office suite.
