Job Description
City Wide is seeking a Director of Operations (DOO) to lead and manage their building maintenance operations. The role focuses on client satisfaction, revenue growth, budget control, and employee development. This is a full-time position responsible for overseeing facilities, managing team, and ensuring strong client relationships. The ideal candidate is a leader with a strong track record of success in building and managing teams.
Requirements
- Lead, develop, and manage a high-performing team of Facility Service Managers and operational staff.
- Oversee all aspects of operational and financial performance, including revenue growth, profitability, IC and temporary labor management, and expense control.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Ensure vendor and Independent Contractor (IC) compliance.
- Maintain a strong field presence by working alongside FSMs weekly and traveling up to 50%.
