Job Description
City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking a highly energetic Facility Solutions Manager for their Austin, Texas office. The role involves managing and growing B2B client accounts, delivering excellent service, leading teams, and driving revenue through strategic planning and negotiation. This is a hands-on position where impact is valued and growth opportunities are plentiful.
Requirements
- 2+ years of B2B account management experience
- Proven success in client retention and upselling
- High attention to detail and a commitment to follow-through
- Positive, energetic personality with excellent communication skills
- Local travel to client sites
- CRM and Microsoft Office knowledge
