Job Description
City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking a dedicated Night Compliance Manager to ensure high standards for janitorial services across a commercial property portfolio in the Lincoln area. The role involves nightly inspections, client communication, teamwork, and problem-solving, working a demanding 4:30 PM – 1:00 AM shift. The company offers a growing opportunity for a detail-oriented leader.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2–3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in the janitorial or facilities maintenance industry
- Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures, safety standards, and equipment usage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Availability to work 2nd shift hours (4:30 PM – 1:00 AM)
