Job Description
City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to drive business development and client relationships, specializing in janitorial services. The role involves project planning, execution, monitoring, and completion, managing leads from outside of janitorial clients, and managing project scope and costs. This is a full-time, on-site position with local travel requirements.
Requirements
- High School diploma required, Bachelor’s Degree highly preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in project management or a related role.
- Strong written and oral communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated analytical, negotiating, problem-solving skills.
- Problem-Solving skills.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong knowledge of customer relationship management software.
