Civica is seeking a Sales Enablement Business Partner to help equip their sales organisation to scale, adapt, and excel in a rapidly evolving Go-To-Market landscape. The role will involve designing and executing high-impact enablement programmes, partnering with executive and sales leadership, and developing compelling content and sales assets.

- Develop compelling content, sales assets, training initiatives, and onboarding experiences
- Define and deliver a scalable, high-impact Sales Enablement Strategy
- Build structured learning pathways for the sales organisation
