Forward Deployment/Implementation Lead – City of Dallas Project

This is a full-time, project-based position for a Forward Deployment/Implementation Lead for the City of Dallas, to oversee the implementation of Civic Marketplace for the government sector. The role focuses on bridging the gap between the platform, the city, and vendors, ensuring successful adoption and value delivery. Key responsibilities include project management, stakeholder engagement, and training.

Requirements

• 5+ years of project management experience
• Experience in government, SaaS, or procurement
• Strong communication, facilitation, and relationship management skills
• Ability to navigate public sector environments
• Strong problem-solving and action bias
• Ability to travel on-site as needed
