The Project Manager I is responsible for the management and oversight of the customer project, to include coordination of effort between the customer and applicable CivicPlus department.
Requirements
- Maintains a minimum 95%+ average Client Satisfaction
- Ability to move project forward and meeting original timeline expectations a minimum of 60% of the time
- Effectively communicates relevant project information to team members and/or customers via written and verbal communication
- Identify, assess, and manage risks and change control procedures
- Ensure project quality, schedule, budgets, and deliverables meet agreed upon expectations
- Identifies business development and “add-on” sales opportunities as they relate to a specific project or customer question and sells to customer as appropriate.
- Ability to manage small to medium sized product specific contracts
- Confident understanding of contracts, SOWs, and terminology and can communicate meaning effectively
