Job Description
Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc. (CEC) is seeking a Civil Engineering Project Manager to lead land development and site design for commercial, residential, institutional, and industrial projects in the Sevierville, TN area. The role involves managing projects from proposal through construction, overseeing scope and budget, and ensuring quality, compliance, and client satisfaction. Requirements
- 10+ years of civil engineering experience in site development or infrastructure design
- B.S. in Civil Engineering (or related discipline) or equivalent
- P.E. license required
- Proven ability to manage civil/site development projects
- Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D and stormwater modeling tools
- Skilled in resolving design and permitting challenges
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
