Job Description
CEC is seeking a Civil Engineering Project Manager to manage projects related to waste management, including airspace, earthwork, stormwater systems, and landfill gas collection. The role involves developing proposals, managing budgets and schedules, and mentoring junior staff while directly impacting project timelines and quality.
Requirements
- 6-10 years' experience or relevant education
- B.S. in Civil Engineering (or related field)
- Professional Engineer licensure (P.E.)
- Proficiency in technical software (AutoCAD Civil 3D, hydraulic/hydrologic modeling software, geotechnical modeling software)
- Established client/contact in Solid Waste client sector
- Ability to manage projects exceeding $250,000 in professional fees
- Experience in scope of service and budget development
