Civil Engineering Senior Project Manager/Principal

CEC is seeking a Civil Engineering Project Manager for Civil & Environmental Consultants to manage land development plans for commercial, institutional, public, industrial, and energy clients. The role involves managing various projects like retail, residential, healthcare, and renewable energy, preparing engineering plans, reviewing work, and client interaction. The ideal candidate will be experienced in project management and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Requirements

• 15+ years experience in the Land Development Sector
• BS/MS in Civil Engineering
• Professional Registration or ability to gain licensure
• Experience preparing final engineering plans and specifications
• Experience authoring engineering studies and preparing calculations
• Experience preparing stormwater models and reports
• Experience preparing permit applications and obtaining project approvals
• Ability to develop and mentor staff
• Experience in AutoCAD/Civil 3D, Excel, Word, HEC-RAS and other computer modeling software a plus
• Local connections with developers, architects, energy clients, or other land development arenas a plus
