Job Description
As an Ecological Project Manager for Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc. (CEC), you'll provide leadership within project teams to help clients achieve their project objectives while navigating environmental regulations. You'll supervise staff ecologists and lead projects from conceptual to construction.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in an environmental or natural resources program
- 8+ years of experience in environmental permitting and regulatory support, wetland assessments, threatened species consultations, and natural stream channel restoration
- Regional professional network of contacts
- Demonstrated management experience in expanding services to energy, solid waste, mining, and real estate markets
- Pennsylvania Chapters 102 & 105 permitting and Federal Clean Water Act regulations
- Demonstrated understanding of State and Federal regulations from agencies such as PADEP, DCNR, PFBC, PGC, USEPA, USACE, and USFWS
