Civil Science is seeking an Infrastructure/Public Works Project Manager to support the planning, execution, and completion of projects in Twin Falls, Pocatello, or Idaho Falls, Idaho. The role involves coordinating various aspects of project initiatives, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
Requirements
- Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Coordinate project activities, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
- Maintain regular communication with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.
- Use data insights to support decision-making processes.
- Monitor project deliverables to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Implement quality control measures to identify and address issues promptly.
- Assist in managing project budgets, tracking expenses, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Work with financial teams to ensure accurate and timely invoicing.
- Ensure that projects adhere to all applicable laws and regulations.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers, planners, and other project stakeholders.
- Identify and address project-related challenges in a proactive manner.
