The role involves conducting research, analyzing data, developing training programs, and supporting client projects. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Economics, Finance, or related field
- 3–5 years of professional experience in consulting, innovation, entrepreneurship, or related fields
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
- Results-oriented mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Integrity and willingness to accept responsibility
- Good command of MS Excel / Word / PowerPoint
- Native level Portuguese
- B2 or higher English level
