Requirements

• University degree (preferably in economics, finance, management, economic analytics or similar)
• At least one year of professional experience in a job position related to market analysis, strategy development, business consulting or related (preferably in a consulting company or strategy/analysis role in any industry)
• Highly developed interpersonal skills - communication skills, the ability to establish and maintain good relationships in the team and with the clients
• A positive, can-do attitude, “team first, ego last” principle and focus on the constant improvement of the work quality and efficiency
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to think creatively, out-of-the-box, and solve problems in unconventional ways
• Organizational skills, ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Fluency in English language
• Fluency in Polish language
