Job Description
CJ Logistics America is seeking a Human Resources Manager to lead and empower its logistics centers in Joliet, IL. This role focuses on driving HR strategy, employee engagement, and compliance, and will serve as a trusted strategic partner to site leadership in shaping a positive work culture. Responsibilities include employee relations, HR business partnering, selection/onboarding, data analysis, and managing HRIS functions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum 6 years in HR Management
- Union avoidance techniques
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Experience with comprehensive HRIS
