Job Description
CJ Logistics America is seeking a Human Resources Manager to lead and empower their logistics center(s) in Arlington, Evadale, and Laredo, Texas. This role involves driving HR strategy, employee engagement, and compliance within a dynamic environment, offering coaching, development, and a positive employee relations climate. The HR Manager will support operational objectives and contribute to a company culture focused on growth and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Lead the human resource effort to ensure consistent and timely adherence to policies and regulations.
- Effectively coach leadership and resolve employee relations investigations.
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and HRIS administration.
- Develop and present effective HR solutions.
- Manage employee relations initiatives, including conflict management.
