Warehouse Lead - 2nd Shift

CJ Logistics Americas is seeking a Warehouse Lead for their 2nd shift team. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of warehouse or logistics experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to lift up to 60 lbs safely and consistently. The Warehouse Lead will oversee daily operations, train and mentor team members, and identify process improvements to optimize operations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of warehouse or logistics experience
• Physical ability to lift up to 60 lbs safely and consistently
• Ability to coach and train team members effectively
• Strong interpersonal and leadership communication skills
• Experience in resolving employee issues professionally and constructively
• Experience or training in: GMP, HACCP, and Allergen protocols
