Data Analytics Manager

We’re excited to be adding a Data Analytics Manager to our growing Data team. We’re looking for someone who thrives on solving high-impact, complex problems. You will lead and develop an existing team of analysts, own key analytical systems and workflows, and shape how data informs product, operational, and business decisions across Clair- a true business partner.

Requirements

• Lead, mentor, and support data analysts, nurturing technical growth and collaborative culture.
• Define team vision, objectives, and best practices that align with Clair’s mission and business priorities.
• Partner with business stakeholders across the organization to answer questions and test hypotheses.
• Enable stakeholders to independently leverage data through education, dashboards, and tools.
• Implement and manage metrics to drive product, operations, and growth decisions.
• Use data to generate insights, advocate for them, and drive them into action.
• Ensure dashboards, reports, and memos tell compelling stories that inform and inspire action.
