Job Description
The Co-Responders Program Manager provides oversight and manages the daily operations of the Claratel Co-responders program. The Program Manager supervises staff, fosters partnerships between agencies, and ensures the program's success in de-escalating situations, connecting individuals to resources, and coordinating crisis intervention services.
Requirements
- Current license as a Licensed Professional Counselor or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LPC, LCSW) in the state of Georgia
- At least 3 years of mental health / substance use disorder experience in assessment, crisis intervention and stabilization
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience
- Knowledgeable about signs and symptoms of withdrawal and acute psychosis
- Basic computer and typing skills
- Trained in CPI and current CPR
