Job Description
Join our team as a Crisis Safety Technician and make a real, lasting impact in the lives of those who need it most. As a Crisis Safety Technician, you will be at the heart of client care, ensuring a safe, supportive environment while directly engaging with individuals in crisis. You will build positive, trusting relationships with clients, monitor and document client behaviors, and respond to emergency calls and provide de-escalation support as needed.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 1 year of relevant experience (mental health, security, or crisis care preferred)
- Valid state-issued driver's license with a good driving record
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer literacy (email, online documentation, internal systems)
- Ability to lift at least 50 lbs and remain physically active throughout the shift
- Professionalism, calm demeanor, and commitment to safety
