Job Description
Claravine is looking for a Principal/Sr Software Engineer (Backend) to develop, maintain, and optimize server-side components of their platform. The role involves technical leadership, code quality, architecture, and design, as well as mentoring and training engineers.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in software development, with a substantial portion in building B2B SaaS products
- Proven ability to work in multiple programming languages simultaneously
- Proficient in relational databases and distributed systems
- Proficient in writing infrastructure as code with Helm and/or Terraform
- Proficient in developing a public REST API
- Practical experience scaling systems in Kubernetes
- Experience integrating system monitoring tools (e.g. Datadog, Sentry) to demonstrate high reliability and availability metrics
