Sr Product Owner

The Senior Product Owner plays a critical role in advancing Clario’s mission by ensuring the delivery of complex products and services that support high-quality, timely evidence generation for patients and sponsors.

Requirements

• Engage with senior R&D, Product Management, and business stakeholders to ensure requirements align with strategic objectives and escalate issues as needed.
• Translate product vision and program-level features into clear, actionable user stories that support release and Program Increment (PI) planning.
• Prioritize and maintain the team backlog, including user stories, defects, and enablers, ensuring alignment with sprint goals and PI commitments.
• Demonstrate Agile Team progress through sprint and system demos, collecting early feedback and ensuring continuous value delivery.
• Support the Release Train Engineer (RTE) and Engineering Leadership in release readiness, metrics, risk communication, and coordination activities.
• Lead, coach, and mentor Product Owners where applicable, promoting consistent delivery standards and analysis practices.
